The Story
From the agent's desk to behind the camera.
Meridian Shots was founded by a former lettings agent who spent years watching great properties underperform because of bad photos, and average ones fly because of good ones.
That agency background shapes everything: we shoot the angles that answer buyers' actual questions, frame the features that drive viewings, and deliver on the timelines agents actually work to. We speak agent, from instruction to completion, because we've lived it.

The Process
How a shoot day works.

Book & brief
Book online or by phone. We confirm access, key features to highlight, and any prep guidance for the vendor, usually within the hour.

Shoot day
We arrive on time, walk the property, and stage-check each room as we go (cushions straightened, bins hidden, lights on). Typical shoot: 60–90 minutes. Drone and twilight scheduled around light and weather.

Edit & grade
Every image is individually edited: exposure blending, colour correction, sky replacement where needed. Video cut, graded and mixed. No batch-filter shortcuts.
04
Delivery in 24h
Files land in your private client gallery in portal-ready sizes plus print resolution, with download links you can share across your team.
