The questions we get asked most.
Is there VAT on top?
No. Meridian Shots is not currently VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. You're saving roughly 20% against most VAT-registered studios at the same headline figure. If that changes, account clients get 60 days' written notice and anyone on a price lock is unaffected for the remainder of their term.
How quickly will I actually get the files?
Photos and floor plans are delivered before 9am the morning after the shoot. Film is within 48 hours. Prime packages take 72 hours because of the twilight and aerial edit. Miss those and we take 25% off the job.
What if the weather is bad?
Interiors go ahead regardless. Grey skies are replaced with real British cloud-and-blue in post at no charge. For twilight and drone work we'll reschedule that element free of charge rather than deliver something weak.
Can you shoot drone anywhere?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Large parts of central London and areas near airports sit in restricted airspace. We check every location before confirming, and if we can't fly legally we'll tell you at the quote stage, not on the day.
Who owns the images?
You get a full, unlimited usage licence for marketing the property: portals, brochures, social, window cards, in perpetuity. We retain copyright and the right to use selected images in our own portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
What happens if the vendor cancels?
Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours ahead and there's no charge. Inside 24 hours, or if we arrive and can't access the property, it's 50% of the package. It happens to everyone. Tell us early and we'll move it.
All prices in GBP and exclude VAT (not currently applicable). Homes above 4,000 sq ft, listed buildings and commercial premises are quoted individually. Payment terms: 14 days from invoice for account clients, on booking otherwise. Prices reviewed annually with 60 days' notice.
